How to install the laser cutting machine?

Fixed machine

Connect the cooling system

First, connect the water outlet of the chiller to the water inlet, one by one.  Then connect the water protection signal line and power line, and turn on the water protection switch.

Connect the air pump

Many people do not understand why it is necessary to connect the air pump, in fact, when the fiber laser cutting machine is really working, it will produce a lot of powder. The powder is attached to the material, affecting the effect of engraving or cutting, so we need to use an air pump or air compressor with a larger blowing capacity to blow off the surface layer of powder.

Connecting the extractor fan

As mentioned above, the machine will produce a lot of powder and smoke when working, the air pump will blow away the powder layer on the surface of the material, and the function of the extractor fan is to suck away the powder and smoke to ensure the neatness of the fiber laser cutting machine and the material.

Connect the power cord

When the above steps have been completed, it is now time to connect our power cord. Plug the standard power cord into the place marked on the picture, and plug the other end into the power strip.

Unlock the emergency switch

The emergency switch of the unused small laser metal cutting machine is locked, please unlock the advanced switch before you want to start the machine.  Here, you just need to turn it gently.

Start the machine

Here, we can go to the start-up procedure. For safety reasons, we need to turn the main power on first, and then turn the laser power on.

Connect the machine to the computer with a USB cable

This way, the machine will be connected to the computer, and you can use the computer to transfer files when you need to process them.

Shutting down the machine

Finally, after using the laser cutting machine, to maintain the machine or save electricity.  We need to turn off the machine to form a good habit. Just the opposite of the steps to turn on the machine, first turn off the laser power and then turn off the main power.
