A As per your actual address, we can effect shipment by sea, by air, by truck or railway. Small machines are more recommended to consider DHL / FEDEX / TNT express delivery to door

Q What payment terms can you accept?
A Any payment is possible for us , like TT, LC, Western Union, Paypal, E-Checking, Master Card, Alibaba Trade Assurance order, RMB / CNY. (30% or 50% in advance, pay the balance before delivery. or 100% at one time.)

Q What's delivery time?
A Commonly, we need 3~5 days for production and testing. Customized products take 5~7 working days

Q What’s package, will it protect the products?
A We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.

Q What’s consumables of laser marking machine?
A It does not have consumable. It’s very economical and cost effective.

Q If some problems happen to this machine, what should I do?
A We provide two years machine warranty. During the two-year warranty, in case any problem for the machine, we will provide the parts free of charge (except for artificial damage, valuable parts need to be sent to us). After the warranty, we still provide whole lifetime service. So any doubts, just let us know, we will give you solutions.

Q When I got this machine, but I don’t know how to use it. What should I do?
A We will send operation video and manual for the machine. Our engineer will do online after-sales service. Email, WhatsApp, WeChat, Skype，Teamvier, video chat, etc.
